Balance Inquiry

Displays the Cardholder Account's Balance on the Screen and/or prints on a Receipt.

Cash Withdrawal

  1. Withdrawal amounts per Day:
    • Minimum Amount - Nu.100/-
    • Maximum Amount - Nu.25,000/-
  2. Maximum withdrawal per transaction - Nu.15,000/-.
  3. Withdrawal Amount should be multiple of Nu.100/- or Nu.500/-.
  4. Withdrawal not allowed if the SB A/c cardholder balance is less than or equal to the following minimum balances:
    • Cheque Facility : Nu.500/-
    • Non-Chequ Facilyt : Nu.200/-
  5. Withdrawal not allowed if the CD A/c cardholder balance is less than a minimum balance - Nu.1,000/-.
  6. Note Dispensed Denominations: Nu.100 & Nu.500 denominations.

 

(c) Fast Cash

The Fast Cash has up to 8 pre-defined amounts, viz. Nu500/-, Nu.1,500/-, Nu.2,000/-, Nu.2,500/-, Nu.3,000/-, Nu.3,500/- and Nu.5,000/-.

 

(d)
Mini Statement
-

Allows the cardholder to get the last five transaction in his/her account. The cardholder is given a receipt for the transaction.

 

(e) PIN Change
-

Allows the cardholder to change the PIN for his/her card.

Lost or Stolen Cards
In case of lost or stolen of the card, cardholders are requested to contact our nearest branches immediately or email us at atmcard@bobltd.com.bt to avoid fraudulent use of the card.

Caring for your BOBL ATM Card
(a)
Avoid scratching the Magnetic Stripe.
(b)
Do not place two cards with the magnetic strips together.
(c) Do not bend the Card
(c) Keep your card away from heat and direct sunlight.
